The driver was very professional and delivered the load on time. Office staff scheduled the shippment right away and stayed in contact with us through out the delivery. I would use this shipper again with out question.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer failed to represent shipment correctly. 1)Appointment pick up, can only pick up at 8,9 or 10 AM Monday thru Friday. 2)Must have a full size 53' Van as this is a swing load 3)He attempted to pick up this load himself and was unable to pick up with these restrictions. He failed to mention any of these items when he listed and accepted the bid. 4RTO Transportation has made every effort to accommodate this shipper. Due to the restrictions, extra time is needed to complete this shipment.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer placed this order as an LTL of 12 pallets at 24,000 pounds. This is in fact a full truckload at 46,000 pounds. We are unable to cover this load as a full load at that rate.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Agreement was to pick up shipment within 5 days. It has been 2 weeks, and not yet picked up.

Customer failed to provide proper information to successfully schedule this load. He has tried to pick up this load himself with his equipment and has been denied access by his shipper. Very tight schedule and specific equipment is required.

No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The weight of this load was misrepresented to me by the place of pick up. The shipper was unable to book the load at the bid price after we discovered it was a full load and not a LTL.

Load was booked as an LTL, 12 pallets at 24,000 pounds. Actual load was a full flatbed load at 46,000 pounds. Unable to cover at the rate that was quoted.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I am rejecting the service providers cancellation,I did this once but it shows up as if I have not reponded. your program does not allow an option for rejection but rather only options that would imply that I am cancelling. I am not cancelling I am rejecting the service provider's request to cancel

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Before we accepted the bid we asked the shipper if they could meet our shipping schedule. They agreed that they could but after we accepted the bid they told us they could no meet the argeed to schedule. We gave them one more chance but they were not able to meet the deadline that they set for themselves so we had to cancel.

Freight was delivering in New York City. The problem was securing a specific delivery appointment. The offload coincided with a religous holiday. Very difficult to deliver in New York, NY on a good day, even harder with limited schedule.
