I was nervous at first because it was my first time needing something shipped, but Eric and Joann made me at ease and the puppies got to us safe. Thank you so much Eric for taking great care of them. We'd use them again in a heartbeat.

We understand the need for this cancellation but do not feel that it should go against our record when there was nothing that we could do. This cancellation had nothing to do with us and all to do with the shipper and the seller of the car. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I am paying storage fee and they cant pick it up in time

It was clearly stated in the bid when we could pick up the vehicle. When we communicated with the shipper he was very uncooperative with those dates and stated that he had not even read the bid. Due to his unwillingness to allow us to complete the shipment we are taking this cancellation. Due to Uship rules no matter what the reason the provider will always receive a cancellation against them even when it is not their fault.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have been dealing with a death in the family and consequently not as focused as I should be. Quite simply, I accepted the wrong bid. I then tried to deal with the shipper who I accidentally accepted, and they have been extremely gracious. However the timing of when they can travel is completely incompatible with my schedule, which is unfortunate. Nevertheless it means I need to cancel.

We clearly stated the dates that we could accomodate him. When he called he was advised that his request for next day pick up was unable to be honored and we would accomodate him on the dates we provided. He refused. Smart2Ship feels that we tried to be honest and open with our bid and when we talked with the shipper and that this was not our fault as he admits to not reading the bid.
