I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I made some attempts to contact the courier and all have failed it has been almost three months

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The provided failed to pick up the item. Never heard from him again after his first excuse: He was to pick up a vehicle near where my item was to be picked up, but that job fell through, but he would pick it up on the next trip.
I waited from March until May 28th. Never heard from him again, so I relisted and the new provided had it delivered to me within 2 days.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time While the shipper is kind enough.. communicating is a big issue.. My shipment was to be picked up the latest today and I've not heard in days from this shipper and I've tried, email, phoning etc.. text messaging.. I need to leave town and it was made clear how urgent this was.. I still have not heard from them in days.. I know they are having some family medical problems.. and while I appreciate that. and I was trying to accommodate them. I feel I have to cancel and find someone as soon as possi

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The Service Provider did not show up nor have they responded to several attempts to contact them. UShip Customer Care got involved and the Service Provider did not respond to them either. After several attempts, it became clear they could not be trusted with my important family items.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The shipper showed up 4 days late, and then when he arrived, he was not prepared. Although all items are explicitly listed on the website (with weight, dimensions, etc.), he had no idea what he was supposed to move. He came in thinking that there was only one piece of furniture and some dishes -completely different than what we listed on uSHIP. In the end, he decided to WALK AWAY FROM THE JOB, because he did not have adequate blankets and packaging materials for the items.
