The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
Shipper picked up my vehicle and stated that delivery would take a few days. After 1 week I contacted shipper, he told me he had a family emergency, had left my vehicle in Texas and had arranged for another shipper. After several weeks of attempting to contact the shipper, with no response, I had to report the vehicle as stolen. After several more weeks of no contact from this shipper, I receive a Fed-Ex with the keys and a note telling me my vehicle is parked in a park and ride lot in Arkans

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
This guy told me he would pick my dog up on thurs or fri 10 days ago and I still haven't heard from him since. I have emailed and called and got no response. He has never contacted the person who he was to pick the dog up from. Don't deal with him.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
When driver and I communicated before he made bid, I explained that it had to be picked up right away...this week. He was scheduled for pick up 4-12 and blew it off! THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE!!! Canceling this pick up will put these items in jeopardy which will cause substantial financial loss to my company in the thousands of dollards! These items are going to be claimed abandoned if not picked up today! Please follow through with this driver immediately!!! Not following through will cause repercus
