This was a very expensive custom H-D and I was not real sure if this was the safest way to ship it. But in the end it arrived safe and sound. I did however have to supply my own proper tie downs and a wheel chalk that I wasn't expecting. Then I had to rig it up myself in the small U-Haul trailer (which I would have done anyway just because this bike is my baby) but the two men that came to haul it were very nice and and help me as much as they could.

AMAZING experience!! So easy to deal with. these guys did a great job delivrring my 3 fragile desks,and were so caring. I am happy happy happy...they enjoy their jobs and that makes it easier on everyone. their pricing is more than fair..will definitely use them again if the opportunity arises..

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The orgin was not as listed and there was a signifigant addition to time and milage and customer did not wish to adjust price for the mishap in addition after booking customer stated he required a lift gate for his shipment which was not listed in the nor stated in the posting .

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time provider said he would cancel load due to a breakdown of his vehicle in Los Angeles California ,he did not make contact with uship as he stated .I called the driver that had the phone selected to auto answer,he was driving down the highway I could hear the road dots everytime he drove over them however his truck was in the shop is the story I received .the load is already relisted as I am incuring storage fees for the lousy service I received and I will pay another fee if need be and sue all p

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Items require a lift gate at both the origin and destination. Shipper states that he does not have a lift gate and therefore the shipment cannot be completed.
