Great working with Steve. He understands a little communication goes a long way. Never left us wondering where he was or when he'd be here. Picked our boat up in Florida on time and delivered it 2hrs early just in Houston, Tx, just in time for the weekend.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Due to mechanical problems, the service provided could not delivery as requested. We discussed and agreed I would find another provider. No issues either end. Though he was unable to deliver, he was very prompt and called as soon as he became aware of his mechanical problems. Seems like a good service provider.
