Unfortunately, it took me a few months to get ahold of my shipping provider. At one point, I was certain I had paid someone to steal my bike.
Also, There was a large dent in the front of my vespa, and some body damage that wasn't previously there. I was VERY disappointed about this, as I greatly trusted him with my bike. I am now needing to ship my Vespa again, and I'm hoping I can trust a different uShip provider.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.

Getting a horse drawn carraige from North Carolina to Las Vegas is potentially expensive and dangerous. Chuck was honest, resonable, professional, and on time. We couldn't be happier with the communication and his friendly nature. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Chuck again to ship my valuables. It's nice to meet people of good character doing business.

Never thought that it would take 1 month to deliver an item within the same state. Trucker didn't return any of my phone calls or emails. Had to file a complaint with uship just to get item delivered.

Response from pacecarnut: This is just not true, I attemted to deliver item within 5 days of picking up, but reciver on Tn. end was unable to meet with me on way through, So I explained, I could redeliver on next pass true within 1 week to 10 days, reciver agreed. Shipper even filled complaint with uship after item was recived by customer on the Tn. end. He didnt even check with his customer first. Just "assumed" and you know what happens when you do that.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
We received several emails from shipper before bid was placed. Once we accepted his bid on Saturday, we did not heard back from him until late Tuesday by email. He did not know if he would have room now to ship our bike but would let me know back THAT NIGHT. Still have not heard back after sending several emails and left voice mails on his cell phone. He did not pick up our bike on dates he offered and NO communication. We have lost a week on a critical schedule and have to start the Uship proce

I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
Sale of bike has been postponed due to irreconsirable issues; therefore, purchase of bike has been reversed to no fault of the shipper. Pacecarnut, had the bike been available, would have been an excellent choice for shipping.
