The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The service provider made numerous promises, each of which expired. I have written emails, placed calls, to no avail. When I booked the shipment, the service provider indicated that his truck was headed west and would pick up my shipment on the way back east. Then, the owner could not accommodate because he had the flu. Then, the truck was stuck over the Rocky mountains due to snow. Then, the truck was a the Ford shop waiting for parts. Then the owner was going to dispatch another truck

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time We have communicated but provider has never shown up to pick up item, I received notice from the seller that if the item was not picked up my June 1 He would resell the item and I would lose my purchase price

I was saddened by the condition of my 1942 chris craft upon delivery. The flatbed trailer was not a flat bed, but, an open car hauler. The boat had been tightened down on the trailer and damaged by that over tightening. Kyle promised to reimburse me for the damages but never did. I was only holding them responsible for $385.00 of over $2,000.00 in damages! He asked for copies of the repair receipts, still never responded. I would not recommend them.

this was booked and moved over a year ago and we never recieved any bills or pictures of the boat. He signed for it when our drivers delivered. We always have a checklist, bill of lading, invoice, and delivery reciept and while the drivers were there he never said anything about the damage to the boat or was it noted on the paperwork that he signed when the boat was delivered to him. He was there and was happy when the boat was delivered to him as he was the one who signed for it.

Second I called the pickup location when I was in Washington state and left several messages. Third we then found out that the shipment could not be picked up on weekends ( which means it couldn't be picked up anytime.). Fourth if he tried to call me our cell service does not work for about 1500 miles going west. At this point I believe that it is better of that we did not pickup the shipment.
