I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have been trying to reach the service provided, I sent him various emails and the phone numbers listed were not working.. I needed to have my horses transported ASAP but I did not receive a response until last night and unfortunately the provider had to have an emergency surgery, I feel awful about cancelling but I cannot wait for him to recover… it would cost me an additional $350.00 if I wait… Thank you...

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I have made a $500.00 deposit & the shipper has failed to pickup the vehicle. he is also not returning my calls or emails.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I accepted their higher offer in order to have my truck delivered earlier than a national carrier could guarantee. The service provider ended up having a problem with their trailer and were unable to pick up the truck as scheduled. After speaking with them multiple times, each time them telling me they'd have it fixed "soon" and be on their way, it hasn't happened. Now they won't even return a phone call. RIDICULOUS! I also know that at this same time they were delivering other vehicles. Response from lucious: Every compant has road trouble at one time or another.If there is anybody in this world that has never had road trouble or CELL phone trouble we would like to shake their hand!We have (2)car haulers that travel all over the US they don't just sit and wait on the other one to break!We tried to contact him but he was at work!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time U know...U are the worst I have seen...U make it hard to contact U or the service person...I wish a refund. I ship over 100 cars per year...I wil stay away dfro9m you from NOW ON! Response from lucious: This feedback was sent to the wrong person! I am transporting this motorcycle!I am the shipping company he used after the first one didn't work out!

Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward That pretty much sums it up. When I asked him what interstate he was near, he could not answer me. I am NOT AT ALL comfortable with this shipper handling my horse. Maybe I contacted him at a bad time. I'm sure he is a terrific driver and shipper. Others on uship have been happy. I am going with my gut instinct and it says, "NO" to this shipper. Response from lucious: She called while we were talking to the state trooper about our paper work ;showing that we had all the papers for the horses we were hauling!We would be willing to ship for her if the need came about!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I talked with Lucious Fleeks on 4/4/08 at 9:00 p.m. He stated a later date of delivery than what was communicated via email. He said he would see what he could do and call me on Saturday morning. He did not call. When I tried to reach him at 3:45 p.m., he did not answer any of the numbers I have (3) and his voice mail was full so I could not leave a message.
I need to have this horse picked up right away. I must find a different carrier so I can confirm a pick up date and time. Response from lucious: We talked to this shipper and told them of the time frame and they said it was fine! The next day they changed their mind.We have 4 phone numbers so there is no reason we can't be reached!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After accepting the offer wasnt able to reach the other party on neither phone he had listed and he wasnt in agreement with the time frame I needed my vehicle Response from lucious: We talked to this customer and he was fine with the shipping time frame and then the next day he called and said he needed to move the shipping date up by 3 days!
