The service provider was great about working with me on dates of pick-up and delivery and my horse arrived safe and sound within the agreed-upon dates. After my horse was picked up, it was a little difficult to get hold of the service provider by phone or get return phone calls in a timely manner. But overall, my experience was positive and I would not hesitate to use this transporter again.

Motorcycle arrived in great condition. Shipper had vehicle trouble which slowed up delivery, but drivers were very pleasant and helpful.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
I accepted their higher offer in order to have my truck delivered earlier than a national carrier could guarantee. The service provider ended up having a problem with their trailer and were unable to pick up the truck as scheduled. After speaking with them multiple times, each time them telling me they'd have it fixed "soon" and be on their way, it hasn't happened. Now they won't even return a phone call. RIDICULOUS! I also know that at this same time they were delivering other vehicles.

Response from lucious: Every compant has road trouble at one time or another.If there is anybody in this world that has never had road trouble or CELL phone trouble we would like to shake their hand!We have (2)car haulers that travel all over the US they don't just sit and wait on the other one to break!We tried to contact him but he was at work!
