Sorry you felt that way. Communication was done. email address that I was emailing too was different that the emails that he sent me. We had sickness with a child with the flu and a transmission with truck and put us behind. I apologize for the delay, but the service was still top notch and and the product was delivered safely. He was under the impression that I could run the load with just his chopper on it and be there overnight from Missouri to Fla. Full payment was not made to us eith

The boat was delivered in time frame that they said. I was also able to keep in touch about the status of the delivery, which was very nice since it was my first time using uship. thanks bonnie job well done

These guys picked up quickly and made sure the buyers bike was secure and safe. The communications was great throughout the transaction. They even came in UNDER my bid request. Will use them all the time to ship bikes.
