I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Have tried for 30+ days to contact provider by email and phone to no avail.
Contacted your company last week and have emails where you also tried to reach provider.
Based upon non response I would like to cancel.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Service Provider does not respond to phone calls or e-mails from me,or e-mails from uship themselves.Very poor way of doing business in my opinion.Service Provider has had 3 weeks to respond,with no contact whatsoever.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The shipper gave a verbal pick up date of May 23 or 24 with delivery two or three days after pick-up. As of May 29, the item has not been picked up and I am not able to reach the shipper by phone or e-mail despite repeated attempts over the last two weeks.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have been trying to reach Roy for over a week with no luck. My vehicle was supposed to be picked up earlier this week but I haven't heard from him and I can't get him via phone or email. I'm forced to relist my vehicle so it will be shipped before I move across the country. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I'm a US Navy member who was counting on this guy, and now he has put me in a terrible situation. He was supposed to be here yesterday and I left 3 voice messages without any return calls.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Made deal on 3-8-12. SP was supposed to pick up shipment no later than 3-23. SP called and said would be a couple days late even after that date. 3 days after SP called and left message was having truck problems now. I called back to try and get an update, no answer, voicemail full, no return call for days. So called Uship, they weren't able to get in touch with him. Waited another day (today 3-31) ZERO COMMUNICATION AT ALL! Response from haarkp94: After a few booked shipments backed out I Talked with Gant and discused picking up his jeep the next week. He was very understanding and let me schedule pickup at a later date. In route to get the jeep I had problems with my truck caused by a problem with bad fuel the week prior. I was in rural wv and had no phone service and was out of touch with the world for a few days. when I got service, I called and left vm and email. uship did call but would not conference the call. I called several times

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The motorcycle wasn't picked up by March 18th, which was the last agreed upon pick-up date. Response from haarkp94: This load was canceled on the last day of agreed pu date. I was in contact with zack throughout the day with updates because another customer had misrepresented their load and it took me 9 hours to at their place. the bike was canceled with me less than 15 minutes from it and 150 miles out of my way.
