After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Well I learned the long way that this place was a broker for shipments. Once I spoke with who was shipping my car, in which I am uncomfortable with not knowing what company it is, they told me they were cancelling my order or pay more money because they were unaware that my Honda Civic was a NON RUNNING car. In which was clearly stated. I even titled it NON-RUNNING HONDA CIVIC. Now I'm waiting to hear back from someone to get my deposit back.

Customer vehicle was pickup immediately & delivered early without damages! Customer listed as non running but inform me that it rolls & steers. I was unable to wrench on my trailer & ended up hiring local tow to load on trailer which cost additional fees that the customer wanted to come out of my pocket!
