This person give me a day to delivery the items and couldn't make it that day and it was ok with me, then the next day day he has wait less than a hour to get pay, becouse of that we paid him $100 more.

Joe and his colleague Jerry were extremely accommodating given my time constraints - my building in Chicago requested that we move from the hours of 8am - 11am and Joe was very prompt. He also kept up with the communications throughout via text message and phone calls. He also was able to drop off one of my pieces that I sold to a friend on the way. I made a few mistakes in terms of miscommunications that I was unaware of and Joe was understanding of them. I would definitely recommend him.

Communications ok until I booked, then beyond terrible.Was to make mid day pickup but missed the store 5pm closing time. Somehow convinced the dealer (w/o my permission) to leave shipment outside secure away until he arrived.I found this out from dealer.It was to arrive here Friday AM, no communications. Finally tracked him down (does not answer phone often/return messages)more tracking him down,Sat AM, then Sat PM,said he is 1 hour way, never made it Sat,AWOL, Sunday unknown driver delivered.

One number does not work, and other number will always go to answering machine. I have left more than 4 messages for the provider during last 6 days and also sent an email on email provided but service provider would not reply either phone or email. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After booking, spoke w/ driver and confirmed p/u date of 4/27 and delivery of 4/28 or 4/29 (contract was 4/28 but I flexed at his request). Called his cell on 4/28 to see when shipment would arrive. No response. Left messages again on 4/29 and 4/30. No response. Received call from p/u point confirming driver never picked up item. He breached contract and then didn't have the courtesy to contact me to own up to it.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I was originally very pleased with the communication with the service provider. However once I accepted their bid I was unable to contact them ever again. I should have relied heavier on the other negative comments regarding this provider, but I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I won't be suckered again - I will only do business with providers with all positive comments.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This is completely unprofessional! If you look at the messages exchanged, we clearly agreed for the 28th morning 8 AM sharp - I clearly said I will accept the bid only if it's 28th or 29th. On the phone too (last Friday), we agreed on Tuesday morning. I called so many times - at least you could have the decency to answer the phone/let me know that you won't be making it. I have to move out of the apartment by day after tomorrow and am now stuck without any mover.
