The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After we finally agreed on a date, which was due to my schedule conflict, Ernest informed my husband he would be at the location by 5pm yesterday afternoon. Mike waited for 50 minutes with no call or and no show. At that point I had tried to reach Ernest via telephone three times. He did finally return the call to tell me that he would have a mover out today after 4pm, however no one has called to confirm this and I had to request on three occasions that a service agreement be faxed to me. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Provider bid shipment, I accepted and paid, no response to repeated phone calls and messages over the next 6 days. Not even the courtesy to return a call and let me know that something had changed. I have had great success with uShip, this is my first bad experience.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services After booking this, the provider and I spoke. He informed me he would miss the booking timeframe mentioned in the ad as well as the drop off time. He said this was "not his fault" and wasnt sure why it was listed wrong. I made arrangements with the dealership who has the motorcycle to be picked up on a Sunday or the following Tuesday. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have made contact with this shipper via uShip. He said that Oct 28th was a doable date for pickup. Nothing happened on the 28th. I contacted the shipper via phone, and he sounded uninformed to the fact that he had even been booked. He told me to call back the next day at 9am, which I did. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Atv was supposed to be picked up witin 3-4 days its been three weeks and it still is not picked up. Whenever I am able to get in contact with the shipper (which is seldom)he has an excuse for not picking the unit up but won't give a direct answer. My customer has been very patient but is starting to get angry. I need this shipped now.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Bid stated picked up in one day and delivered in two more. Bid was accepted Oct 10th. Three weeks later I have talked to Ernie several times with the promise that it would be picked up in the next day or two and the delivery would be made the following weekend. Three weeks in a row this has happened. He does usually answer his phone. The contact is always from my end even though I have asked to be kept informed. Shit does happen. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Movers from JT Transport LLC never showed up. After numerous calls and excuses that they had to contact the driver or they would get back to me, they missed the pickup dates. I am now back in Mass. without all my belongings (in CO.) and paying for storage. I would like to get JT Transport removed from the UShip website.
