Great! Everything worked out very well. At first, I had trouble connecting with the shipper by phone and e-mail, but after we connected everything went well. Danny showed up exactly on time for the pickup and also picked up a couple of items at a second location. He delivered everything in good condition the next day. I'd definitely use EasyMoving again.

Although items were delivered in good condition and the mover was professional, I wouldn't recommend the company due to it's inability to keep all parties informed and it's inability to keep a schedule. In simple terms; promised to be at location at said time -- didn't arrive at said time and failed to contact party to inform them of delay. Everyone makes arrangements to support a pickup/delivery time -- at LEAST let people know when you can't be there at that time.

WOW!!! What a great experience. Consimate professionals. Pricing was terrific and communication was even better. They shipped very expensive furniture for me, and it arrived in perfect condition. Would not hesitate to recommend them over and over again! Will use many more times....trust in them!

They were over 4 hrs late picking up the furniture, but there was bad weather. And they ended up delaying the shipment 1 day. However, it was a good price and they responded when I needed them.

This guys are extraordinary, excellent communication, my truck and extra-furniture (they are really kind and open, for an extra fee, but not the big deal) were really taken care of, not a single scratch, they're really careful and took pictures of my truck. Really +++++++++++++++ I'd use them again, no doubt!!!!

Poor quality service...the worst ever. Communication was poor. I called the service provider the night before (November 15) and asked them to call the seller. She was left in the dark. My chairs were to be delivered at 12:00 PM on Friday, November 17. At 1:00 I was told the mover was in NJ...only 44 miles away. At 3:00 I was told the driver was still in NJ. At 6:00 I discovered that they were still in NJ, 44 miles away. PS...the chairs arrived after midnight. Never a

Response from easymoving: We're very sorry about this lateness, but always our drivers and customers' goods safety is first: the recent tornados caused the strongest crosswinds ever, not only we were stucked for 14 hours on the East highways, all transporters suffered the same problem. We offered a $50 off on the $300 trip, it seems that wasn't enough to compensate this customer. Mother Nature set the rules on these matters.

The granite broke during shipment. Everything was insured but the insurance company won't pay unless it's "lost or stolen". Shipping company is acting irresponsible. Legal action is coming.

Response from easymoving: This shipment was made a year ago (2005), and before shipping we made clear to the customer that there was not wrapping in the huge granite piece, that we'd be doing our best to use our blankets, although our common practice is palletize this kind of items of an extra charge (what was refused by customer). The insurance company just pays total loss and the granite fixing was seized as easy for them. Easymoving acted as had to be. Unfortunately happen the breaking (a lot of miles from MN to DC).
