Excellent experience. I received my shipment within 48 hours of contacting Drew. Per our arrangement, he even helped me move it into the house. Great communication throughout the process.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services After initial good contact, I paid a deposit and was told I'd receive a firm shipment date. When I didn't receive a shipment date, and the date I told them I needed shipment by drew closer, I emailed the provider for an update. I received an e-mail telling me they weren't shipping anymore. I then called the provider who told me they'd sold their horse trailer... they didn't bother to inform me of this! They said if I cancelled my shipment through UShip they'd refund my money.

Great job guys! Great communication on times for pickup and delivering - all 3 were in good condition. Would recommend these drivers, and will use again when the time arises.
