I was in a jam, with a 1700lb car lift sitting 30 miles away at a shipping depot. The only way it could be delivered to my house was on a vehicle transporter, where the low ground clearance would enable it to be slid off onto my driveway, since I don't have access to a fork lift. It could not have gone any smoother, with a winch, some straps, and a car (pump) jack. Thanks to Joe and Dino for having faith in my "crazy" plan, you guys rock!

Thanks Ralph. Our clutch went bad while Ralph's truck was on the trailer, and his shipment was actually 112 miles away from where it was originally listed. That put it 326 miles out of the way. We worked with Ralph and delivered, one day late. It all worked out because Ralph is a patient and wonderfully descent person to deal with.

Dave M. was a fantastic customer! We tried several times to get his truck, and we were delayed from a big snow storm, then another delayed caused us to be late picking it up. All the while Dave was patient and never once became irritated or even irked a bit. He was always easy to reach by phone or e-mail, always talked professionally and courteously, his arrangements and directions were easy to follow and he was open to any delivery timing. He is certainly a great addition to U-Ship.

Adrians move certainly wasn't easy and there were some logistics to it that made it harder but with his being so easy to work with, and reach by phone this job became easier. Adrian was eager to help unload his new lift, and had his contacts prepared at the pickup point. He spoke clearly and concisely and was never ignorant on the phone. The selling dealership could not and would not help by leaving bike outside or stay open 15 minutes late. Our driver was stuck in traffic and this delay of 3 hours created a "late arrival". We discussed with Jay that we could do this on a different trip but he moved on.

The gentleman at the pickup location was unable to move the body. The "schedule change" was due to the seller in upstate New York not wanting to move this Corvette body until the spring thaw, when the body would no longer be frozen to the ground.

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer needed the item(s) shipped Service provider did not provide the transport method as per the bid details of the open car trailer and would have required unit to to be disassembled and manually loaded into a pickup truck. This was a 400lb snow blower off of a tractor and safety was customers concern for all parties. Customer found other means of shipping.
