There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The Shipper asked for $500.00 and I accepted. Shortly after this and on one of our phone calls, he mentioned that he would need a wooden crater in order to transport the piano at an additional cost of $200.00+ dollars. It is no where in any written communication between me and the Seller. I am quite OK with the $500.00 quote, but not the extra money that he is now asking for. Hopefully this can be resolved as I am still interested in shipping the piano. Thanks.

Hi Sister piano, The shipment piano from Ottawa, ON to Euless, Texas 76040 have to be pack in wooden crate before shipping. Therefore I'm quoting Transportation, loading and unloading. Thank you Courtneywayn (5/31/2009)I did not ask for $200.00 to make the crate jasaliba knows that he is into games. Also shipper accepted my bid after 4weeks no pick up info this is big time games you play with my living and this is the facts.I work with my real name Courtney Armstrong you see jasaliba be real.

What wonderful service! The shipper went out of his way to keep me posted from pick-up in Canada to delivery in Payson AZ. He called me every day to update the status of transportation. My dresser was very well packed and carefully shipped, and the shipping price was very reasonable. I haven't had a chance to unpack the dresser and I will leave a final update when I do. As it stands, I would use this shipper again in a New-York Minute! Anne-Marie Beaudoing

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The details of the shipping crate were not understood as I was being given the idea that the service provider was under the impression that I needed 2 crates, one for future. He just didn't seem to understand and I had to cancel. I also didn't see any history or feedback on this provider, so I was unsure about shipping with them. I would like a refund of my fees paid. Thank you

I offer to find professional help and instruction. This shipment the customer value $10,000.00 stc 8 pcs canvas painting require proper packing and crating before shipping.
