Outstanding experience. This was our first professional move and it was going coast to coast 3,000 miles. Naturally we were very nervous. But Phil & his team were great. Very communicative and patient with all our questions & concerns. The driver was a pro and the two movers assisting him during pick and the two others during delivery were all good guys who were careful & friendly. Everything went very smooth. Reliable & quick service at a fair price, doesn't get better than that.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The mover arrived as promised to pick up the item. Unfortunately, he called me and informed me that due to the size and weight of the item, he was unable to accommodate shipment. It was much larger and heavier than anticipated and the loading dock was too high to provide easy movement onto the truck. Phil was very gracious and apologetic about the situation and I will call Phil again if the need ever arises. He was in regular contact with me from the time I purchased the item to the time he disc

Countrypicker changed the time of pickup two times after we decided on a pickup date. I was informed of one of these changes only after I called to get a status update. My furniture was damaged by the delivery service and the payment of the insurance claim by them took over a month and a half after I reported the claim. I felt that communication between Countrypicker and myself was very poor on their end as I had to request information and payment of the damaged goods several times.
Response from countrypicker:
This shipment was a small fill-in and could not go be picked up before the move from NH to CO was ready to go. The items were in a self-storage unit and the shipper said it was not urgent. Why prob now? As for the damage, it did happen. We called around Denver to find someone to fix it, which is above and beyond. When we could not find someone, we paid the claim per our agreement. This is an unfair review from an very hard to please person. In hind-sight, we should have passed on this load.

Thank you. A fluke mechanical issues (3 fuel pump failures) on 3000-mile trip caused 1-week delay. We communicated the best we could and Patrick was very patient. Overall a good shipper.

We are very pleased with the handling and delivery of this shipment. We understand the slight delay due to weather and Equipment problems. The driver and his helper were excellent and very helpful. His items were on our truck while we experienced the worst run of luck and the worst trip we can recall in 30 years. Our late model moving truck brokedown 3 times, all for the same issue. We lost a fuel pump in NM, then IN, then NY. This resulted in 6 days of downtime, and delayed delivery. We are sorry this happened and appreciate that you understand that it was our of our control.
