There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I didn't feel comfortable with the opened ended credit card authorization form the company required me to sign. The rate was supposed to be $150 and that is what the fee should be. I did find my company representative Nikki to be great! She wasvery professional,helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. Its just the bs corporate policy of requiring me to sign a form of unlimited potential charges on my credit card for a $150 shipment that was not acceptable to me.
