This company did a great job! They were very professional in the way they packed & handled my piano. It arrived safely and in a timely manner, while providing good communication on arrival times at both destinations. I would use them again.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have been unable to contact the service provider after multiple attempts. They kept post-poning the date and finally would no longer return my calls. I would like them to pick it up and go through with this transaction but they won't return my calls or pick-up when I call. It has been well over a month since they have had any contact with me.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Shipment was booked on Nov. 6th, and I've emailed and called a number of times to try to coordinate the time of shipment. Shipper has yet to return any calls or respond to any emails. I can only assume there was a family emergency or that this shipper is not a professional. Please cancel this shipment if there is no response in 24 hours.

very slow. took 5 weeks to deliver my piano from los angeles, ca to oklahoma city, ok. telephone lines were always busy when trying to call to ask about my shipment.

this piano was delivered 5 days after it was picked up...the listing was for the piano and 2 boxes, we moved the piano and 13 boxes at no extra charge..I believe this customer is a little confused...also we have cell phones, never busy and I kept them informed on every aspect of this move....not sure why the negative feedback the piano and all extra boxes arrived in perfect condition.....

A huge thanks to Ryan, Justin and Kevin for a fantastic move of our baby grand from Florida! We live on a mountainous logging road in North Idaho but that did not stop them or delay them. They transported, off-loaded, set-up and inspected like true professionals despite the 22 degree weather outside. Kevin and Justin also took the time to explain everything we needed to know about keeping the piano in top shape. I truly cannot say enough good about this company or this move. God bless you guys

I was promised that they would pick up my shipment but after waiting well over a month I felt I had no choice but to cancel this transaction. It got a little ridiculous and my patience ran out.
