A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
I typed this same information on Sunday..April 29th evening...haven't heard anything. Unable to work out scheduling for move due to my having to fly to San Diego for pickup. Move by this bidder could not be worked out. I would like to request a refund of my deposit please.

I was very, very happy with the delivery service I got received. Joe Dreibholz did an outstanding job. By using his cell phone he was able to keep me in touch with my delivery, the weather and his schedule. Perfect timing! More over he was a very pleasent person to work with. He is honest and fair. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Budget shipping and the driver, Joe, did all that he could to try to pick up the mattress and boxsprings. The ebay seller did not have the bed disassembled or a pathway cleared to get the bed out of the house when Joe arrived. He was unable to spend additional time waiting while she cleared the way. Joe had a schedule to keep. This was very justified. Joe said to put in a claim for a refund of the deposit because he was unable to pick up the bed with those conditions. He was very polite.

Joe safely delivered my motorcycle exactly on time. He called me when he picked the bike up and called on route to tell me when it would be deliverd. Joe provides very personalized service and I will without doubt use him again. Thanks.

I was very happy with the results. I originally wanted the shipment earlier than Joe planned. He did his best to accomodate my request. There were a lot of set backs to the journey. He needed brakes fixed before leaving, the boat + trailer was heaver than expected. High winds, snow, tire blowout, etc.. But Joe kept plugging through. Keeping me informed and kept on keepin on. All arrived in one piece and good condition.

Response from budget: This customer had about 3 times the amount she put into the Uship system, but we did the job anyway for no additional charge.

Joe is an excellant mover. He was on time and was careful in packing my custom furniture. Good communication skills and overall a great guy. I highly recommend this Service Provider and will use him again.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
On 3/18 (fifteen minutes before the scheduled drop off time) The provider called to to tell me he'd broken down the night before and had just got the signal back on his cell phone. It was a huge inconvieniance, but life happens and I told him I would wait for his truck to get fixed. We made arrangements to postpone pick up until 3/22 and have drop off on 3/23 at 5:00-6:00. The provider did not show up at the pick up location and has not contacted me. It is now 3/23 at 2:15.

Response from budget: the customer's husband cancelled the order at 11:00 pm the night before pickup. A lot of miles driven in vain.
