I didn't think it was fair to hold this up any longer so I called Jim and suggested he try another route. He agreed. Jim was very cool through out. I apologize Jim.

Unfortunately all 3 carriers had terrible safety ratings. We were not going to take the risk of something happening to your forklift just to get it picked up. You were so understanding through it all. Again, we apologize.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The owner of the treespade sold it before the carrier could get there this was not the fault of the carrier but the fault of the owner who did not honor our verble agreement. When reviewing the shipment we calculated our bid and unintentionally bid for one truck and not two trucks. After speaking with the customer, we explained our error and since our price was higher than he anticipated and we were unable to meet his price range, we told him we would initiate this cancellation so he could find someone else to haul his shipments. Response from bkguardians: Sylvia gave us dimensions that were given to her, however they were not correct and due to it being heavier and wider we could not move it for the rate agreed because it will now need to be permitted as well as needing an escort in KY.
