I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After multiple attempts to contact the provider he will not return ANY of our phone calls. LUckily, the place that has the tractor is understanding and is not going to charge us the storage fees, as the should, or else I would be extremely upset with this provider. DO NOT USE HIM VERY UNPROFRESSIONAL.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period No pkup as agreed, no confirmed pkup at all, unable to reach provider. Booked May 9th, now July 8th, pkup was to be max 10 days and delivery within another 10 days. Storage, interest, and rebooking at higher rate resulting in excessive incurred costs and conflict!!!!! A replacement machine rents for apprx $5000. per mo.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time service does not return calls did not pick up shipment as agreed. Is U-ship responsible for the storage charges that will apply? Please credit the fees charged to account immediately. I would like to repost the shipment.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have called several times and had many no responses. I was able contact Jim and arrange several dates which he has continued to miss and with out one call to me. (I HAVE CALLED EVERY TIME) with having still missed every time and no contact and a month late I no longer want this provider to haul for me.
