NOT TRUE! Persons at pick up and drop off locations were on ready for delivery, shipper canceled 2hrs before pick up . Insurance money is still not credited to me! Bad transaction all round .

This carrier specializes in vehicles which I believe is his limit rather than freight - he had to purchase straps just for this load, and did not have trucker paperwork. Communication was not on time however the load was delivered and satsifactory as such.

This Shippers communication was none existent from day one,ignored my Calls and Emails as I needed information while in transit . I am a Contract carrier, and Paperwork was in order but wasn't understood by the Shipper. Ran into hazardous conditions and for safety reasons needed to take an extra day , all the while keeping the delivery contact informed! Many drivers would have refused this load knowing the remote location I had to deliver this !!! And yes I needed to purchase new straps fo

Incredibly good experience. Great communication and he provided very delicate care of a very expensive motorcycle. I could not have been more pleased-plus the guy is about the most positive "can do" kind of guy I have ever met. Will use again! AAA+++
