DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! The driver arrived 8 hours late for the pick up and the drop off was 6 hours later than planned then the NEW drop off time. There was little to no useful communication and most calls and emails went unanswered or the voicemail was full. They were scheduled to mail the key after payment was recieved and 2.5 days later, I have nothing. Under NO circumstances would I advise anyone who expects any sort of integrity to accept their bid.

I spoke to you last week, and I told you it's ok for us to get your car by the end of this month.
You hired us 2 months before you wanted the car to be shipped. And we have a schedule, I cannot predict what's going to happen 2, 3 weeks from now.
The deposit you have to ask U-ship, because the deposit goes to u-ship, not us.
I'll never take your money from you. And we never got paid for the service, actually we didn't get the car yet! How come you leave us a bad feedback?

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Poor Communication. Unable to contact the service provider after two weeks and several attempts.
When finally contacted service provider was promised 'tomorrow' several times, but no pickup.
Also, received nasty phone call once cancelled.
DO NOT USE this provider!!

Shipper didn't pay for car on the date arranged for pick up, seller wouldn't release the car, and couldn't reach shipper. We spent overnight waiting for shipper, and he didn't pay for the car. Two weeks after the date arranged, shipper needed the car on a rush! But we had others shipments on our schedule, when we got to the pick up place,seller gave the car to a friend and again we lost many jobs because of this. Try losing 5/6 jobs, and see if you won't get nasty as well!!! DO NOT TRUST SHIPPER

There was a lack of communication. Products were delivered much later than agreed upon, but it was delivered in excellent condition. Staff was friendly & apologetic when they finally arrived.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
Clearly stated that shipment was to be picked up on the 23rd and delivered on the 24th...Waited and waited on the 23rd evening...They said they could pick up coming from Mississippi...but then they called me and said they went PAST Gainesville to Jacksonville florida...THEN they said they would pick up 630 or 700am on the 24th...I loaded car and waited and waited and waited...Then they say they got stopped by DOT...waste of my time

Overall it was a positive experience. Car reached in good condition and in the range of time interval they mentioned. Communication can be improved a lot. Communication was the only issue. Many time no return of phone calls etc. But overall, it was positive.
