After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider talked to provider thru an answering system and they were to call me back with a date to pick up and they have not done so. I need to move the truck off the auction yard of be charge a fine each day it sits on the lot. The provider has no answering number to talk to them.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I accepted the bid today and notified prior to accepting the bid that my car was available for pick up today. I have not received any email confirmation or communication at this time. Thank you.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This transport company is the worst.They kept saying they picked up the vehicle and its and every time i call them they say its on its way and the auction still has my vehicle.I WILL NEVER USE THEM EVER Response from alessandrabenevides: We never said we got your vehicle! We went there tuesday and the vehicle was at PSI, we went back saturday, because YOU SAID it was ready to go, and when we got there the paperwork wasn't ready. I wouldn't go back there AGAIN. It's not fair to waste our time twice...

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time In two weeks I have only been able to get in contact with the service provider two times. They told me the truck would be picked up on 26nov2010. On the morning of 26nov2010 I got a hold of the company once they said they would find out where the truck is and call me back in five minutes that was the last time I heard from them. I looked on their tracker and its shows their pickup truck has still not left pompano, FL in the past week. Needless to say they did not show up. I have left e-mails and Response from alessandrabenevides: Not true at all!
Customer postponed shipment 2 times, and then called asking for a next day pick up! If it was in my area, I could do it... but in Panama City is hard...
I told him I needed to know at least 3 days in advance.

I no longer needed the item(s) shipped Our vehicle was picked up almost 3 weeks ago by this carrier and never delivered. How can they cancel? I have not requested this cancellation and would like my car. The transporter has used several different excuses over the past few weeks and has now stopped answering the phone. I have been in contact with the police and will be reporting this vehicle as stolen. I have also spoken to uship and they have been notified of this issue. Response from alessandrabenevides: This unit was not picked up by our company, I believe the customer made several arragements with other companies and got mixed up. We have no reason to keep a car for that long. I spoke to Uship and the police as well. We never got your car and I am sorry you had this much trouble with you shipment, but as you can see, it's not my truck, we are now in CA and the other truck in FL. Thank you!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Provider specified the day and time for pick up but did not show, call, or respond to email. I understand problems can occur and I can be flexible - but not when there is no communication and one party has no regard for the inconvience and time of the other party.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time They could not meet the initial 2 day pick up window. I gave them a second opportunity, and we agreed that they would pick up on Sunday the 15th instead. Sunday I spoke to Alessandra to confirm the pick up and she assured me that the vehicle would be picked up, for me not to worry. That was our last communication. They never showed up, they never picked their phones up again, and they did not even have the courtesy of a return phone call to explain what happened. WOW. I've never experienced some
