The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Doug was picking up 2 loads in LA. I was the second of the 2 loads, and apparently, the first load filled the entire trailer. Since there was no room for my goods, I'm requesting a cancellation.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service provider was unsure if could accommodate jet ski trailer in his truck. Had to switch to a provider who could guarantee trailer would fit.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I know longer need my items shipped as previously thought and need to make changes. When speaking to the service provider, he was very respectful and helpful. Hope to be able to work with him on new shipment details.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Dear U-Ship customer service,
The mover arrived at my house intoxicated, smelling of strongly of alcohol, and was filthy. He said he slept in his truck last night. What's more, he had urinated all over himself and the front and back of his pants were stained with fresh urine, which also smelled. He then complained about the amount of items I have, despite being told clearly in advance about the number of boxes. I am very concerned about this provider, despite his positive ratings. Response from SafePassage: I hate to be unkind but I can't let this stand. I deny this report. I arrived after dark to check in with her not having been able to reach her by phone. It was late and raining. I was dirty, yes, after a long day and wet but not drunk or out of control of my bladder. I took a look around to see what she had to move and expressed concern that she wasn't anywhere near packed and ready go in the morning. She immediately got angry and asked me to leave. I was very glad to. Every moves nightmare.

Hi Graham,
I'm living a nightmare. I actually found someone to fix my axle but now I have a major engine problem. I have someone on the way now to find out if I need major engine work and if so I'm out of business for at least a week and probably longer. So sorry to be a problem for you. I should know in a few hours how deep in .... I am.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Did not show on the day arranged and did not call to say that he was not coming, leaving us waiting all day. Be careful when using this shipper- Questionable reliability.
