The team at Stephanie's Trucking is second to none. With-in one minute of winning the bid they were arranging for our newly purchased Tri-Axle to start it's journey from Miami to Connecticut. Communication was excellent, timing exquisite and drop off to the minute of projected ETA. Would use again in a heart beat.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped the customer had listed it as a move within same town in mass, when spoke to customer he said it was an error and actual location was lockport ny 350 miles away. tried to find loads to get there but could not.

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer need my item(s) shipped I had entered both the origin and destination city as Amherst MA which was incorrect. The origin is actually Lockport, NY. The service provider called me and I explained this to him, and he said he would get back to me if he could still do the job. I haven't heard from him, and that is understandable, so I would like to cancel the shipment and re-list with the correct information.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Service provider got caught in NY traffic and could not make it to pick up car. We mutually agreed to cancel the shipment. Service provider was very apologetic and should not be criticized for this unavoidable situation.
