A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My ex could not be at home when we needed her to be. Quest Transportation waited around for almost 3 hours while I was trying to get this worked out. I am canceling because I don't want to waste anymore of their time. Thanks so much for all your hard work and understanding.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I cannot recommend QuesTransportation due to their complete failure to pick-up and deliver my motorcycle. The bike was promised to be picked up and delivered before 8/30. On 9/1 I was told he was unable to complete the transportation and I needed to make other arrangements. Communication was alway completely on his terms, during this process I tried to text, email and call, always unsuccessful. He would eventually text or call but always late in the day. Now I'm stuck weeks later with no bike

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The shipper did a very good job communicating and trying to adjust to the changing conditions of the shipment. The shipper and his driver were very professional and very concerned about the condition of my boat during the shipment. However we together determined that my shipment could not be done safely and I am not going to ship this vessel by truck. Rather next season I will run the boat to Florida by water.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The buyer of boat backed out of the deal no longer requiring transportation. The transportation provider was contacted on 08/31 and again for confirmation of 09/01. Thanks for all your help and sorry for the cancellation. Please confirm that my deoposit will be credited to the Credit Card used to secure.

Mike Sanchez Response from QuesTransportation: Sir. We wished that you contacted us a couple of days before for the cancellation. We sent a truck over 1200 and we just got a phone call the night before and another the same day? Neither the company or the driver received any kind of monetary funds from you. Eventhough we should have. Regarding the refund: We explained clearly that Uship is the one processing your financial information and not us. If you didn't misrepresented your sale this it wouldn't have happened.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Customer excepted bid after we left the area tried to send another driver that's out in the field to get it but customer want paperwork that the driver does not have.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time i have talked to the provider he can't make the delivery for 3 weeks, it was supposed to be last week they say now may sometime and the yard where the boat is kept they want it out by this wednesday, so i am asking for my money back, please thank you please contact me if there is any problem. Response from QuesTransportation: Unfortunately we had 2 trucks down at the same time and that is out of our hands. The customer was contacted 48hrs prior to the pick up date to let him know about it. He replied that there was no rush, the boat should be out by May 5th(2 weeks after). Mr. Al we are really sorry for what happened and we would appreciate it if you did take some more time to explain better. Is not like we just didn't show up for weeks without you knowing whats going on and then we want you to wait another 3 weeks.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I LEFT THE SERVICE PROVIDER SEVERAL MESSAGES TO CONTACT ME AND HE FAILED TO DO SO Response from QuesTransportation: Bid was accepted late at night and we did contact the shipper next day afternoon. Since we did not call him before he was scared that we will not perform the job according to what it was scheduled witch it was still a week ahead. Talking over the phone he was a gentleman and apologize for the cancellation request but he said to contact other transportation company and made others arrangements. Cancellation was by mutual agreement and we regret the cancellation.
