I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I LEFT THE SERVICE PROVIDER SEVERAL MESSAGES TO CONTACT ME AND HE FAILED TO DO SO

Bid was accepted late at night and we did contact the shipper next day afternoon. Since we did not call him before he was scared that we will not perform the job according to what it was scheduled witch it was still a week ahead. Talking over the phone he was a gentleman and apologize for the cancellation request but he said to contact other transportation company and made others arrangements. Cancellation was by mutual agreement and we regret the cancellation.

Gustavo did a great job, he took many pictures of the boat before leaving and made several calls to let me know where he was at. Very nice and honest, would use him again.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: bcline (30 ) On: 10/19/2009 For: 2006 Suzuki LTR 450	The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The initial agreement was to pick up on Tuesday Oct 20th in the morning and the bid was accepted on Sunday afternoon after final contact with the seller or pick up part. Now the shipper requested a cancellation saying the the bid was accepted after he passed the pick up point. WHY PUT A BID TO PICK UP TUESDAY IN SUNDAY IF YOU KNEW YOU WILL BE 150MILES SOUTH THE SAME DAY!!!! We are also transporters and Sr. you just don't do this! Response from bcline: Shipper asked that I re-bid. I was told they would accept by 3 PM. I told them I was on the road and to call me when they accept. No call at all! I received notification when I stopped for the night, 150 miles past the pick up point. He WAS asked to call and chose not to! THAT is NOT MY issue!

We never got paid and eve she did request to please overnight by FEDEX titles and bill of sales of the cars because some "customs issues' and said to don't worry about the extra cost. the delivery location was changed wice at de moment of the delivery. Payment supose to be Cash on Delivery and of course she promised then pay by paypal. Still waiting for an answer and uship says that it can't help with the collection. Never work with this people!!!!
