Well established local moving company which has served Joliet and surrounding Chicagoland suburbs for 13 years. To date, our feedback from UShip has been excellent as well. Primary goal is to make the moving process as stress free and easy for customer as possible. Customer relation is one of, if not the most, important factors for us. The moving part is easy, have been in the industry for 20 years, owning my company for 13 of them. Quotes a price to move ALL my stuff. Has a detailed list with dimensions. He calls can’t fit everything in his small 16’ truck. Mad at me when I ask for a solution. Tells me he will back in a month. Find out no hard dates. Not acceptable. Gave no discount. Promises to put together furniture to make up. Only does half and runs out. No helper. Drags furniture through house with dollies. Delivers some items broken. Never says sorry. Stay away. Cost me 620.00 to ship the rest. Stay away.

Way off base and not being honest. Frank has deep seeded issues and is making me the target of his anger. As with all jobs, was completed with professionalism and care, and even set up his mothers bed for her. I was courteous and patient with his 89 year old mother as well, even when she insisted the furniture I was bringing in home was not hers!! Look at reviews from all customers and ones from same trip, I stand by my reputation without fail. This is a unjust review, trust me.

I have nothing but Great things to say about Jon (MULDER'S MOVING CO.) The level of professionalism and constant communication was way beyond what I expected. Everything went smoothly and he even arrived earlier than expected. I would recommend him and warn you to beware of other without proper credentials & experience. This is a licensed & insured professional business owner and his pricing is fair and honest. You will not be disappointed! Thanks again Jon for making this a pleasant experience.

This shipper is off base and continues to believe HIS own lies. He never saw what was in storage locker, just a list from his sister. All furniture was delivered in excellent condition, and most was set up for his mother, which made me 2 hours late to my next pick up. His "solution" was almost crying for me to pull a trailer behind my truck, literally begging 5 times telling me it was easy...after saying I would not pull trailer as I've never done it. Clearly has many issues. Be honest Frank!!

Check me out on Ebay 600 positives no negatives. traderfjp. Jon has less than 15 feedbacks. No reason to make up stories. Simply wanted my stuff moved as agreed on. Jon underestimated what would fit in his little truck. Look at tone of his feedback: He says I cried. Really. How about a suggestion that would have got job done. Even agreed to pay for trailer. He didn't want to be bothered. Offered no solution or discounts. Left a mess for my 89 year old mom. Not even a table to eat on. Run
