Although Joe finally did get the excavator moved, I would not recomend his service. Very poor communication - would not return calls or emails for almost two weeks after booking shipment. Finally gave a pickup and delivery date but then did not show up or call. A week later, he showed up with machine and demanded $100 more to pay additional permit cost because he said the Ritchie specs were incorrect - he said about 3000 pounds low - although he provided no proof about that.

First of all, listing stated construction sight to construction sight. Was farm in the middle of nowhere to farm way up on top of a hill. He was wrong about the weight of the equipment. It was an older machine w/oversize bucket. Weight was off by 8000 lbs. I asked him about my additional charges as load was supposed to be legal not overweight. I did not demand money. I also had to show customer how to run equipment as he did not know how. I also was there 2 days before deadline to deliver.

NEVER use him..he had 2 weeks to get this machine and never called till the day before, he never called the owner til 2 hours before pickup, he didnt even have the right trailer to take the machine. He even told the owner he was going to try to get more money out of us while he sat in his truck for 2 hours drinking a beer

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment He did not show up on time and when he did he told the owner of the machine he was going to sit and wait for a while so he could charge us more and he also had the wrong kind of trailer to fulfill this order.

Certainly, I brought the right trailer and I showed up ahead of time. You failed to ask the owner if there were any problems accessing this area with a tractor trailer. There were a total of 4 bridges that had 15 ton weight limits. My truck and trailer weigh more than this alone. There was no way to access property without crossing these bridges. I cannot risk collapsing lightweight bridges. I told owner I was waiting for your call, not to charge you more when I didn't even haul load.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The car couldn't be picked up until the 4th of August. Shipper was in the area around the 1st but had other shipments to finish. Shipper was professional and had no issues with me rescheduling the shipping.
