The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time called him once, he said he would deliver it last fri, today called him several times , with no response, he bid the job picking it up on or b4 aug 1st, i let the bid , with deadline of aug 8th, obviously both are past Response from JUS10TIME: Jus 10 Time notified the pickup location the day before pick up and told them that we would be their between 2 and 4pm. Jus 10 Time was denied those times and was told that we had to be their at 10 am or wait for 2 days. My driver was still 300 miles out from picking up another load at 9am in route to pick up location. Sorry but Im not gonna sit for 2 days and delay current loads further because they was to dam lazy to take 30 minutes of their time to load us.I will say its NOT Alan's fault.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I am not the one canceling, the carrier called me to cancel. He stated he had some problems with DOT and would not be able to commit to my load.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I called Justin and he informed me he could not move my items on the agreed time. He said he was shut down by DPS, and was not sure when he could move my stuff. We both agreed it would best to cancel since, I needed to move asap.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider was to be Onsite on the 11th and did not show or call. I called on the 11th and was told that the truck was in the shop and he was 24 hours behind. This means that pickup should have been the 12th. Service provider did not show or call. I called service provider again at close of business on 4/13. The person on the phone didnt know where Justin was and said that he thought he was in Houston, but would track him down and have him call me. Justin did in fact call a few minute Response from JUS10TIME: Here is the bottom line, I told him that I was gonna be late and their fore he had the option to cancel but he did not. He said he could work with that. I get to his location on site on sunday at 4pm and tried calling him several times, NO ANSWER. I stayed the night in the parking lot until about 9am Monday morning when I finally got him in his office face to face. His exact words were He did not trust me with his load and cancelled on me at that point. After driving out of my way 200 miles.
