The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I've report my truck stolen. I've called the Fed. DOT and Attorney General as everyone else should. They have our $1366.50; lost their license on 2/4 and continued to conduct business illegally they are now doing business under a new name ripping more people off.http://www.uship.com/profile/AWAUTO/
I will sue them and prosecute them for fraud. Anyone else interested in class action lawsuit contact me.

Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time I recieved a call from service provider while away on business in Central America and told them I will call when I get back (2 weeks)
Emailed service provider on Feb 21 and informed them I am back and indicated new dates, NO REPLY TO THIS EMAIL

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipper contacted me for payment and told me they would call before pickup. charged my card as soon as they got it. never heard back for three weeks. They were kicked off uship. Changed there number. And can not contact them. Uship also didn't reply to complaint. And i'm still out my deposit and charge for shipping.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Service provider sent over contract and when asked, said they could get shipment done within a few days, once contract was signed and deposit was sent, shipper could not get scheduled to meet same requirements. Attempts to resolve with shipper were not followed up. Since contract and verbal were different, no recourse to do anything. My Le$$on wont happen again

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Match was to pickup before 2/2 and deliver before 2/4. They found no driver to handle load and did not attempt to contact me. Unable to contact them all weekend. Listing states that emails are monitored after hours. email was sent with no response.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I am unable to reach service provider - they unlawfully charged my visa account for the full amount of the contract - I only authorized a 50% deposit. I left numerous messages and emails and have had no response - their telephone as of now is disconnected - I have to make other arrangements to get my vehicle moved.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After agreeing to contract with this service provider, they did not arrange for shipment within a reasonable time period per their contract(30 days). Eventually
I was not able to communicate with them at all, through fax, phone or email, despite several attempts including a certified letter. They have charged my credit card $700.00 and have basically disappeared. I therefore request that this match be cancelled and my deposit be credited back to me. Thank you!
