A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We accept this cancellation.The transport did take longer than the allotted time frame for pick up.I was mislead by a few carriers on this transport.The carrier that did accept the order and agreed to deliver by 4/10 has disappeared.Until this morning I was under the impression that the carrier had already completed the transport.I called several time after speaking to the customer and could not get a hold of the carrier.I apologize to the customer for the horrible service provided by the driver

This carrier wanted more money to do this transport. I asked the customer and he agreed. The carrier agreed to pick up and deliver the customers vehicle by April 10th. We have tried calling the carrier but he voice mail has been full. I've emailed with no reply. The customer now feels like he has been ripped off or scammed. The customer now has a bad impression of my company due to this carriers actions. DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER HE WILL MAKE YOU LOOK BAD AND CHARGE YOU MORE MONEY.

Since then I nver get any message from him positively.The deal between us always stand at the point where waitting his response,and eventually no response.I start doubting his ability and sincerity.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I posted the job in excess of a months time frame and my truck was never picked up. Two failured attempts to pick it up were made. I extended the drop off time frame to pick up this slack, but again nothing. I've wasted far too much time trying to deal with this shipping company. Now i'm getting the impression that I'm being dodged as they fail to return calls or email.
