A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Response from Bobby8591: I tryed pickup on day 1 as in was in the area was unsuccessful. Called seller after 1st attempt and left message & no call back. I was in the area so I went to the pick up address and didn't get anybody. I then placed a call to Sheila (Buyer) and explained I would be in the area again the next even and would pick up the item. Sheila then placed a call and e-mail to the seller. Sheila received a negative e-mail back. She placed call to pick up between 7 & 8pm seller never returned her call

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Sorry but the seller of the item whitch I bought on ebay already had the item shipped and did not tell me about Response from Bobby8591: He let me know via phone the moment he knew which was before I even spent a moment on the shipment. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This shipper has been paid the 50% down, waited a week and stil has not contacted me. What a scumbag. I will not let this go until I am given an apology and get my monies back. Please do not ever use this shipper. The recent feedback is all you need. Response from Bobby8591: The deposit and insurance was paid directly to UShip and they are the folks responsible for this refund. You need to contact UShip for this refund. I am sorry that I had to cancell but due to the shipment that was to bring me to your area cancelled.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled The shipper didn't have a trailer big enough to accomodate my move. Response from Bobby8591: Several of the items were larger than she told me and had listed on the UShip site.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled I think you have me confused with someone else. I was told your transmission went out! Response from Bobby8591: The statement about the size and location of the items is NOT CORRECT. The reason for not being able to acommendate the customer is: My vehicle broke down and the shop said it would be a week before they got the transmission repaired and that was to long as she needed to move and report for work.
