I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Dear Sir,
Last month I have tried to contact bigbigtrux about 20 times, but they did't answer me.
Today a friend of me ( I am living in Europe) in the USA has phoned with bigbigtrux, they told him they don't work for Uship.
So I want my money back.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I tried several attempts to contact after you contacted me. Someone else is going to pick it up. I am not saying it is your fault by any means. It just didn't work out this time, but I wouldn't think twice about booking Bigbigtrux again.
Thanks Response from Bigbigtrux: Okay well we tried calling as well for several days and the resoponse we received was that you all didnt know where your trailer was makes it harder to pick up for us.... After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider without myself being directly there, they want to drive the vehicle as opposed to hauling on a trailer. this vehicle could break down or blow a tire on the way in which time i would be liable not only for the transportation fees but be forced into a situation in which i would have to hire a repair company over the phone from a distant place Response from Bigbigtrux: We understand this customers complaint and we understand the cancellation and we support Uships decision. However after reveiw we indeed did bid as drive away. We even asked if the truck could be driven. We were not offered the chance to truck the peice at the same rate. We spoke once with the customer and confirmed pick up time and location as well as where to send the insurance information, then the load was cancelled. We would appreciate the opportunity to service this Uship customer load

Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward When the Carrier received my contract he said in an E-mail that it was fine. I tried to work with the Carrier and even agreed to pay them their money up front if that is what it took to get the job done. The Carrier just has something against Brokers, which I don't understand at all. The money that I would have paid him would have been just as good as any other money. ?? I'm sorry that it turned out this way, this obviously would have been a job that would have worked into the Carriers Schedule. Response from Bigbigtrux: At Bullet Trucking we do not generally work with Brokers. This we find to be counterproductive to our end goals. This broker seems to be fine we just dont work for anyone who does not own or is not directly responsible for the freight we move. We find that if we work for a broker we are promoting the middle man. We use Uship to meet the CUSTOMER we do not except bonds for credit until paid and we do not sign contracts wich are not condusive to our business plan. We are owner operators David

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled Response from Bigbigtrux: Unfortunately the two items weighed about 8000 Lbs more than advertised. When we arrived to pick up we found that the excavators weighed too much for us to haul. Under these circumstances we were forced to cancel. Hopefully we can work again in the future
