Some items did arrive damaged but was to be expected using a third party long distance mover. The main problem was that I was advised the shipment would take 7-14 days. It finally arrived on the 19th day. Apparently it is in the contract that delivery may take up to 21 days, but I have yet to see that statement. All in all, they maintained decent communication and agreed to a minor discount.

Excellent to work with very flexible. Very little damage on part of table leg an one chair. Great for moving across country. Would do business with again.

The shipper arrived on time as promised and the packers did a wonderful job. Entire articles arrived in good shape and at the destination, the shipper's team unloaded the stuff carefully and assembled the furniture with great care. All in all, I rate this shipper as excellent

Communication and service was terrific. Move happened within time frame as promised. Dispatchers and movers were always courteous. Movers were patient and did a good job wrapping the furniture. At the new location the guys were great and even assembled the bed frame. Unfortunately a wall was damaged and we are told that moving co. will pay for the repair - a claim is in the middle of being processed.
I'm confident that this will be resolved.

Some damage to items but everything was delivered within agreed upon time limit. Unfortunately the major dmage was done to my nicest furniture. Efficient two man crew was polite and hard working. Good price and reliable delivery.
