Customer service is priority #1. I will do all I can to make your shipment as easy and stress free as possible. Just upgraded to a 2012 F-350 to tow almost anything. I have 5th wheel, gooseneck, and bumper pull capabilities to tow anything you need. I am new to Uship but have been hauling boats, cars, and cargo trailers for a few years now. I am a LEGAL shipper as I have a DOT and MC number. BY LAW if you are transporting anything across state lines for hire, you need a DOT number. No DOT, NOT LEGAL. I am fully insured and carry $1 Million liability and $100k of cargo insurance included at no charge. I am flexible with pickup and delivery times and will try my hardest to get your shipment there in the agreed amount of time. (Weather and traffic permitting) I will keep in contact with you as your shipment is moved and will update location via Uship, text, phone or email. Whichever you prefer. I strive for 5 star service, so if there is anything special you need feel free to ask.

Tried to deliver on a public Holiday even though i noted the drop of destination was a business. As a result I am expected to pay $150 more in feul. Other than that he was very good with communication and the price was reasonable for the distance. thanks

I told her what day I would be dropping off, she told me that she would arrange to have someone there to accept delivery and pay the balance. The contact person said he did not get the info in time. Fuel was 136 and I did not charge for my time or wear and tear. I also did not charge for the day lost on pickup when the paperwork was not ready. Other than that she was easy to work with. I would haul for her again.

The whole experience was simply perfect. Andrew quoted me at a great price. He picked up my Vespa the day after and brought it to me (from LA to Chicago!)in 4 days! It was my first time on Uship, I didn't really know what to expect.. I did it anyways and now I know it was the very best thing to do. I will definitely do it again, and definitely choose Andrew again. Thank you Andrew!

Airstream trailer (in Reno, NV) suddenly backed out of his agreement to sell the trailer to us, much to our dismay. This was after we had spent much time choosing tire and bearing replacements, and having selected a service provider. We have NO trailer to ship.
