I had a positive experience with a seamless transaction. Pickup and delivery were on time; communication was good; and shipper handled working with two businesses (with business hours) for pickup (auction house) and delivery (restorer).

Sadko are pros. Definitely not a smaller shipper that you need to worry about. Pickup and drop off were seemless. They also kept me informed.

Luis was good to work with. He handled pickup and delivery seemlessly and on-time. He could have given a bit more of a reminder delivery was coming, but overall, a very positive experience.

As others have said, communication is not great. Told me late the night before that delivery would be arriving after not chatting for a long period. In fairness, he did then agree to a late night delivery to accommodate my schedule.
Gave a good price, but the antique I had him ship was likely somewhat damaged in transit. I'm unable to confirm that with certainty because the shipper didn't take pictures at pickup. Overal, not a great experience, but I probably should have used a large carrie

Delivery on time, seamlessly, and very helpful moving at drop off. Antique desk was very well cared for. I was a little surprised to see that he utilized a pickup truck for this delivery, and would have preferred the desk to have been roofed. However, his price was very very good, he wrapped the piece, and everything worked out fine.

Shipment was delivered during the time-frame promised with positive communication. Shipper did a good job of coordinating with two businesses with specific hours. Overall, I had a positive experience and services were as promised.

There was a bit of miscommunication about delivery time. However, the shipper went out of his way to deliver at a convenient time, which was much appreciated. The shipper actually agreed to drop off the piece on the weekend in the early morning. Overall, I had a very good experience with little hassle.

Overall, my experience was positive. I had some antique chairs delivered a long distance, and they were well taken care of, which was the main thing. There was some scheduling and drop off issues, but these were probably the product of mutual mistakes.
