The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time tHE SERVICE PROVIDER LIED ABOUT THE DAY AND TIME THAT HE WOULD PICK UP THE ITEM. HE ALSO HAD TO MANY EXCUSES AND NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL BETWEEN THE SERVICE PROVIDER AND I. Response from maxxwedge: Listing states pickup before 5/2. Also listed as NOT an auction item. I tried to work with the shipper even though he had mistyped the pickup date that should have been before 2/5, not before 5/2. Car was at an insurance auction that started storage on the 6th. Tried to work with the shipper by offering to pay the storage charges even though HE had dates misstated, but I got this cancellation instead. We talked minutes after I took the booking. Language barrier involved, poor english skills.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Please refund my $525 for booked shipment. No services were provided. The driver said he would be picking it up this past tue, wed, or thursday. Because of this, I had to rush to the bank and obtain a certified check to overnight to the seller. I spoke to the driver today. He hs not picked up my item and gives a long explaination of his other pick ups in various states, etc, and can not give me a real date when he will pick up my item and deliver. I do not want to have uship organize my shipping Response from maxxwedge: Customer was told that we could pick this up on Tues when we were in the area. Quad wasn't paid for yet, he was going to try and get it paid for. He was also told that we would be back in area a few days later as we live 80 miles from pickup. Shipper never provided any adresses other than cities as he had received cheaper bids on two other listings for this quad. He got an even cheaper bid from seller to haul. WE WERE NEVER GIVEN PICKUP/DELIVERY ADDRESS, so we were prevented from transporting.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Agreed upon delivery date was 2/2-2/3 in the listing. After speaking with the service provider, his best case scenario for pickup of the vehicle is 2/5. Expected delivery after that would be 2/7-2/8. That was the providers best case scenario.
Communication has been very difficult with the provider.
Original plan was for vehicle to be ready for pickup 1/22 and vehicle to be picked up 1/23-1/25. The vehicle was not ready for pickup until 1/23 and the provider had already left the pickup area. Response from maxxwedge: Vehicle wasn't paid for on the pickup date agreed on. I had to leave area. I guess shipper figured that we should check into a hotel and wait for who knows how long before we could pick this up. We were 800 miles away when we got word that vehicle was now paid for. Shippers apparently do not understand that we are not sitting around waiting for a load to come up. We have our routes set up 2-3 weeks in advance and it's not fair to other shippers to wait around for loads not ready yet.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have made numerous attempts to contact maxwedge. I get a recording and leave messages but he doesn't call back. I have also emailed with no results. I am going to drive there and pick it up myself.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper does not have a semi and cannot go to a loading dock. Response from maxxwedge: The load was not as described. Grew from 10 pallets of mixed small appliances and stoves to 14 pallets loaded hanging way over the pallets. Also the pickup point refused to load anything that was not dock height. Ben was unaware of these points when he listed the load. So no fault of his. Just an ornery hard to deal with seller at the pickup point.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The item is now thirty five days late, I contacted the people I bought it from and its still on there lot. He won't return calls, left four messages in last four days. Response from maxxwedge: Tractor listed @ 10.5K lb. Had filled tires that put weight at 13.3K. My trailer is a 14k rating. Cust. and I looked at alternatives and got the seller to drain tires. Showed up to load in middle of Sandy's storm and found the tractor did not steer and had duals, now back to 13K. Cust wanted to have repaired and transported at later date when I could reschedule a return. This would have been 26th-27th. Customer initiated this cancellation prior that. Tried hard to deal with this but I give up.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I've been trying to reach service provider for two days. He doesn't respond on emails, phone calls or text messages. Response from maxxwedge: Phone does not do text messages. Contacted Vince within 36 hours his first phone message. We were in an area of Upper MI where cell phones don't work often, much less internet on phone. Was 2 hours away from pickup, he had rescheduled with another party. I have hauled for Vince before and am disappointed I could not help with this one. He was just a bit too impatient with this one.
