The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The item is larger than stated in the dimensions we seen it when we went to location to pickup for another customer

This is simply not true. I used measurements from a respected dealer. You jerked around on this shipment for about 1.5 months, and now you are cancelling because you simply don't want to do it. I have over 30 perfect shipper ratings, and this is the first time anyone has ever claimed to cancel on me for something on my end.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This company bid on my shipment, which had a clear expedited timeline for pickup. After I accepted their offer, and attempted to schedule along those lines, they either tried to pretend like they did not agree to expedited pickup or stopped responding to me. I needed pickup from a second home for an antique I sold, and I was relying on them hitting the deadline that they agreed to in accepting my shipment. Pure and simple a bit of a bait and switch went on here, and I lost over a week of time

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled I provided the exact dimensions for these items as given to me by the seller. There has been a lot of pickup back and forth with this shipper and seller, and the shipment has been delayed for over a month as a result. I should receive a full refund.
