The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I was given wrong destination information. Wrong phone number. Wrong time to deliver. Then this morning Cornelius mentions that all the items need to be assembled at the customers house. The picture shown all the items are assembled. No mention of assembly needed. NP, i was still going to do it for him. Then I couldn't get a hold of the customer. I was given two different delivery times 5 hours apart. To much bad information at this point. I will let them figure it out-Good Luck

First of all, I hired him, he did not hire me. This guy is not honest. He did not pick up as promise and deliver instead he went on another job. Also he did not call customer or warehouse for further instructions.

I usually give five stars but the driver change my deliver with customer without speaking to me first. which cause a week in a half delay in the delivery.

It's too bad Cornelius couldn't finish shipping this since he is a shipper and had told the customer he would deliver himself. But he also has bad sportsmanship with his competitors when they help him with his shipments and leaves them bogus feedback.
