Never should of moved forward with this job. Now I know why the other u-ship person cancelled with Corenills after talking with him. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING with him. did nolt pay me for almost a week after job was completed. RUDE on phone with my wife and me. VERY un-professional. BEWARE !!!!!!!!! Response from Cornelius R.: The dumb driver and wife team did not want to fax the delivery form after completion. They act like someone owes them something instead of doing business.

Very hard to communicate with Same Day. Delivery was completed but communication was terrible and it took 3 weeks to get delivered. So the name same day is a little exaggerated. Response from mcalles: The delivery was exactly what we agreed upon. Sunday the Sept. 3rd Labor Day. As far as communication not sure what your talking about. I was in contact with your customer every point of the Way.Then after delivery at 9:30 P.M. Called you for the 4th time that day with a confirmation of delivery. Why did it take 7 days to pay me that beyond me. Why did it take 4 hours at pick-up to get furniture Beyond me. Cornelius I have 16 e-mails to you with followe ups.Review his cancelled job by u-ship !!!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider did not pick up the merchandise... Response from boxcarNY: This shipper is located in GA. warehouse and customer were in NJ. I encountered difficulty in coordinating with customer to schedule the delivery--I could not pick up items before a mutually agreeable day and time was agreed upon between the customer and myself.

The delivery was completed with white glove treatment but some errors was made and corrected. I will use Frank again in the future..
