Please advise that when you run a business in the transportation industry that time is money. When shipping items they need to be ready to pick up unless it is clearmy stated otherwise. There is no reason a person in any profession shouldn't be compensated for they're time. It's why we work. Please mr. Cornelius have your shipment ready when you say it is or mention that the person picking it up is going to have to wait for the warehouse to get it ready. It's professional courtsey. Thanks.

This is a good client to work for. Pick up is at an easy location, everything is packaged for an easy load, and communication is never an issue. Would definitely work with Cornelius again.

The driver misrepresented his company ability to complete a delivery in time. My delivery was 2 weeks late and he even tried to reschedule again. He was rude and did not even try to complete the delivery. I canceled the delivery and will not hire them again.

The worst customer we have ever had to work for. Cornelius wanted everything on his terms on his time. We run a great business and he wanted us to change all of our process to accommodate him. He doesn't have any people skills. He feels since he hired you he can make you do something and thats not the case with us. We won't ever contract our services for him again. His items were picked up and delivered the same day and he still found something wrong with our process

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer gave the wrong delivery address, waited a week to give correct information. And then expects us to place his shipment on high priority and take a financial loss to complete his shipment.

Although the shipment was picked up and delivered King Trucking has a serious ego problem. First of all, I am them to contact my customer after booking. They waited 6 days to do it. Secondly, I asked them to verify with me at each stop. They drop and kept going saying they did not have time to call me. Furthermore, King trucking says they have so much business this review wont hurt em at all. Oh well its more companies out there buddy and i will not use you guys again.

Thanks for our first negative feedback although we both know that it's without merit. The shipment was picked up and delivered the next day. We contacted the customer when a schedule was made. You were texted at each stop when delivery was made. Your upset bc we didn't wait there a extra ten mins for them to esign something. The first customer didn't even have a computer at home to esign. Next time be more accurate with ur description on uship so the carrier knows what's all involved.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Hi First off all I have had a problem with this shipper in the past. please check records and he bidded on my shipment again. Please ban him from bidding my future bids. Secondly, I accepted the bid not knowing we have previous business and he informed of that when bid was accepted. I had given him all the correct information weeks ago and today he would not respond back until i threaten to cancel the bid. So he did first because he said he was sleep and did not want to take small shipmen

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I talked to the driver this morning and in the notes on uship that the delivery was at 5pm. He did not pick up the delivery or call me. I have to cancel because the customer is still waiting on their table set so i will hire a better delivery company.

I was given wrong destination information. Wrong phone number. Wrong time to deliver. Then this morning Cornelius mentions that all the items need to be assembled at the customers house. The picture shown all the items are assembled. No mention of assembly needed. NP, i was still going to do it for him. Then I couldn't get a hold of the customer. I was given two different delivery times 5 hours apart. To much bad information at this point. I will let them figure it out-Good Luck
