The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider called indicating he had gotten hit by a semi truck and would not be able to come pick up the items. He never picked them up. I need a full refund including any fees.

Mr. Woodhair was a true professional: He did what he said he would do. He picked up the furniture punctually when he said he would. He delivered the furniture when he said he wood. He delivered the furniture in the same condition he picked it up. His fees are quite reasonable.
