The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Sam's buyer at the last minute had second thoughts about purchasing the item, so rather than pressure the buyer Sam decided to give her more time to think about it. This is good business practice on Sam's part. I have no problem with this.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This provider is trying to intimidate me and was unhappy because I needed to cancel the second shipment I scheduled with him. He tried very hard to get me to sign up directly with him and bypass Uship and I refused; he pressured me and badmouthed uship when I said I needed to cancel. He is trying to intimidate and black mail me.

Samia, Thanks for the great feedback, but you are misrepresenting the truthful facts. Your company communication was lacking. You decided to not show up at prearranged pickup date and time. There was no consideration to our staff and drivers who showed up, did their job. Staff made multitudes of calls to you. Your company was contacted with updates and schedule arrivals only to have no responses. We only heard from you once we cancelled service. The disparaging remarks are unwarranted."Facts"

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider This service provider has been trying to intimidate and black mail me. I am extremely uncomfortable with him. He tried hard to get me to sign up with him and go around Uship and he bad mouthed Uship; when I refused and needed to reschedule one of two shipments, he exerted a lot of pressure on me and ultimately decided this was not worth his while. He is lying and misrepresenting what occurred. Very unprofessional. I am considering legal action.

Ron was a true professional; picked up on time and delivered on time and kept my client happy which his all I care about. I would recommend him unreservedly and hope to use him again in the future!

This shipper is a thief and a pathological liar. He still my furniture and my money that I paid. I would not recommend him to anyone ever.
