A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The customer said pickup could only be on Monday and I had previous appointments in Las Vegas on Monday morning, and couldn't make picking this shipment up.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Im noy quite sure what the customer means in the statement made as no changes were made to the agreed terms, no additional funds were ever requested. I only requested to pickup the shipment and the requested pickup date matches the bid. The only thing that was unclear was the conversation with her husband at her request. He didnt speak much english and Im not as fluent in Spanisb as I once was. I can still help this customer but the only time I have free is tomorrow morning around 8am.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This service provider is dishonest. I would not recommend him. He is disorganized. First he said he would come at 5 then scheduled for the next day then canceled without even the professional courtesy of discussing with me. I demand a full refund

Very happy with this service. Patient and flexible. Worked hard to accommodate me and my schedule. Showed flexibility and professionalism. Showed great care in wrapping the dresser and delivered it in perfect condition. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.
