It was a pleasure working with Delynn on this awesome transport from Florida to Utah for his Disney statue of Si & Am. Communication was excellent from time of bid, bid acceptance, and all throughout. All details marked in bid and offline were completed as promised and no problems at time of pick up, transport and delivery. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I went to pick up the item on the agreed to date. Unfortunately, the item was not as described and was approximately five times as large as was agreed to. My vehicle could not accomadate the load. After returning from the 5 hour round trip, the customer and I agreed that I would come back and pick up the item and bring on a subsequent trip. However, at this point I do not have another trip planned and I don't want to hold up the shipment.
