There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipper saw I requested items to be blanket wrapped. They booked then said it all had to be put into boxes then wanted to double the agreed to price.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The shipping company showed up. The person on the pickup end was told by the shipping company that the box would be transferred through many companies. Even though the box says THIS END UP and has arrows, he was told this is disregarded by shipping companies who stack things in their trucks as they can be fitted. The contents would be damaged with this policy. They are fragile to breakage if the box is not kept in marked position.
