I no longer need my item(s) shipped After bid was accepted I were then informed each box needed a label . I convinced the seller to perform the task, with him making a trip to copy store. Then we were told someone had to be there to load the boxes. Then trucking company would not pick them b/c boxes were damaged.( union employe assessment ) Well today the seller droveto York with Shipment in a Toyota Corolla !!!
I have pictures boxes. They were in good con,d. So please issue me a refund. Thanks

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Contacted the shipper after I accepted the bid. The distributor lives in a residential area and the shipper told me I would need to pay an extra $30-$40 for a residential pick up. I also found a cheaper shipper which does not charge for residential pick up or delivery.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider This service provider was incredibly rude and aggressive. He was threatening, telling me I would ruin his lively- hood if I cancelled the shipment. After several minutes of an increasingly uncomfortable phone conversation, I finally just hung up. This person proceeded to call my cell repeatedly. I asked my husband to call him and he was equally aggressive. He claimed we were bound to this and had to use hime because we accepted his bid. Overall, it was a nightmare experience.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipper contacted myself and the dealership I purchased Jetski from advising us that there would be an increase of $250 that his supplier didn't include in original quote.
He has also now said that the Jetski needs to be stackable, this was not requested in the original quote either.
I would like to not complete the transaction with this shipper due to the above reasons and am concerned I will be asked for more money once he picks the Jetski up.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper did not show up at the date/time we agreed upon, 3 days in a row. I needed the items to arrive at my home by 10-24. After talking with the shipper on 10-19, it was determined that the goods could not be picked up until 10-22, meaning they wouldnt arrive at my home until 10-26 at the earliest. So, my reason for cancelling is both that I am not satisfied with the way things worked out, and that it is no longer necessary to ship the items.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I did not misrepresent this item I referred to the EBay item Number and the cabinet was clearly represented with photos on the EBay listing. The item is not fragile, it does not have a high value and I wrote the bidding company to tell them that the item could simply be wrapped in a furniture blanket and secured to a palette as they requested.
I do not understand the cancellation.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I was under the impression that they could ship from Panama City, Fl to Summerside, Pe Canada. After try your service over the last 4 day I received 2 bids one, will not ship to my door and the other just won't ship. And now I find out that Uship will only refund 90%. Give me a credit, Uship could refund 100% and then I will reconsider using there services again.
I can't wait for an other auction to be held. Thank you
